Currently, rubber fettlings, due to such unique properties as high durability, reliability, high-wearing feature at a significantly lower weight, have successfully consolidated their advantage over metal fettlings in regrinding processes.
Realizing the importance of the primary grinding process in the ore processing technology, the specialists of our company are constantly working on the creation of fettlings for mills operating on a large lump. We carried out a lot of experiments in laboratory and production conditions.
Today we offer our customers rubber fettlings for mills of first grinding stages with the balls of 80-120 mm in diameter. The running time of such fettlings without replacement of elements is up to 9000 hours. Technological parameters correspond to regulatory requirements. At the same time, the reduction in specific energy consumption per ton of processed ore is up to 10%.
The specific consumption of grinding bodies decreased by 8%.
For wet autogenous grinding mills (AG) and semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) mills, we offer a unique combined fettling in which wear-resistant steels of the recent developments and rubbers are used, which can simultaneously resist hydroabrasive wear, large cuts and absorb the shock energy of large lumps.
The running time of such a fettling without replacement of elements is up to 8300 hours.
In order to preserve the technological parameters of mill operation, there was developed a special structure of the unloader assembly.
