Coupling for a vibration tip

When using depth vibrators, the so-called vibration tip or vibrating mace is a component that bears the most significant load. When the vibration tip is immersed in the concrete mixture, it begins to experience large temperature differences due to the interaction with the abrasive medium (concrete mixture, fine crushed stone, reinforcement, etc.). In this regard, when using the vibration tip, significant wear occurs on its main part – the rubber coupling.

Rubber coupling is a removable part of the vibration tips of all diameters, and if it fails (by way of fraying, tearing, etc.), there is no need to use a new vibrating mace, it is enough just to disassemble the old one and replace the rubber coupling of the appropriate diameter.

We are capable of manufacturing rubber couplings for each diameter of a vibration tip.
