Concrete mixer blade

Rubber blades of concrete mixers are designed for thorough mixing of concrete mixture components. Blades and scrapers of the concrete mixer are fast-wearing products.

Therefore, the blades and scrapers of the concrete mixer are made of wear-resistant rubber. Due to such unique properties of rubber as wear resistance, elasticity and damping capabilities, rubber blades have a number of undeniable advantages.

Advantages:

• the service life of rubber blades is 2-3 times longer than metal blades (their capacity on СБ-138Б mixers is more than 10,000 m3 of concrete)
• they do not wear out the armor of the mixer;
• ease of installation – fastening of rubber blades does not require any changes in the factory-installed fastening of the concrete mixer.
