The «Plate-Lifter» – is classic type of fettling, with insignificant modifications it is used by very different manufacturers. In the mills the durability of such fettling is determinate usually by form, geometric dimensions and lifter material, which receives the main load from the processed material. Therefore, the life time of filters is sometimes in 2-3 times less than the life time of fettling plates.
Structure:
Lifter consists of the wear-resistant rubber mix and the vulcanized metal hardware (carcass), which additionally renders hardness.
The «Plate-Lifter» consists of the wear-resistant rubber mix.
The rubber plates are supported by rubber-metal filter.
Installation:
For fastening the rubber-metal fettling are used the existing holes on the drum metal ware.
Depending on the working conditions the sizes and the weight of plate-wave elements change.
Fastening:
The fasteners may be executed as with the hard fixation in the hardware and with the movable. The screw diameter of fasteners is selected based on the working conditions of the fettling and structural features of the mill.
